Today,  Jon Paul Anatra, a lifelong athlete, is extremely healthy and happy — and passionate about educating others on how to have an amazing life, just like his own.

But not that long ago, life for Jon Paul wasn’t so great. He hated his job. His relationship wasn’t going well. He was constantly stressed out. He wasn’t eating right. His whole life was extremely unhappy.

Fortunately, Jon Paul then discovered a high-intensity strengthening and conditioning training program that forever changed his life — for the better.

Empowered and motivated by the transformation that occurred in his body, his mind, and his life, Jon Paul has since immersed himself in the methodology of functional living and is fulfilling his desire to share his passion and knowledge with the world through his endeavor known as “Your Functional Life.”

As Jon Paul quickly discovered, our current health care system is failing us. While it might be good at handling and even curing acute health problems, it fails when dealing with the chronic health issues that plagued so many today. More than 70 percent of all health care costs are allocated to treat these chronic problems.

Jon Paul came to realize that we need to instead take a proactive approach, by finding the root causes of these chronic health concerns. In doing so, the entire disease is addressed, rather than just focusing on its symptoms.

The food we eat, the stresses we endure, the happiness we experience (or lack) are all big factors that affect the way our bodies operate.  It is within these aspects of our daily lives that real, meaningful change takes place.

It’s time to make a positive change in your own life! Your Functional Life is committed to exploring all of these areas of functional living and forwarding this vital information to you, as a way to help you find your own unique path to a happier and healthier life.
